Elizabeth Dunbar is a Leadership Coach dedicated to helping people to thrive and make a meaningful and positive impact in their lives and through their work.
She works with high performing Directors and VPs to help them realize their highest potential and become more effective, authentic, and empathetic leaders. Her approach features one-on-one sessions where she creates a judgment-free container for leaders to explore and overcome their challenges and gain a deeper awareness of their strengths so they can get results. As a result of her leadership coaching, her clients have grown in confidence and have improved trust, collaboration, and performance on their teams.
Prior to coaching, Elizabeth was a consultant at Deloitte and IBM in Human Capital, Change Management and Workforce Transformation. In these roles she was a change agent partnering with clients to transform their organizations into more effective, impactful and inclusive working environments.
Elizabeth completed her Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University. She also has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Communications from the University of Denver.
