Elizabeth Dunbar is a Leadership Coach dedicated to helping people to thrive and make a meaningful and positive impact in their lives and through their work.
She works with high performing leaders to help them realize their highest potential and become more effective, authentic, and empathetic leaders. Her approach features one-on-one sessions where she creates a judgment-free container for leaders to explore and overcome their challenges and gain a deeper awareness of their strengths so they can get results. As a result of leadership coaching, her clients have grown in confidence and have improved trust, collaboration, and performance on their teams.
Elizabeth specializes in helping leaders to navigate complexity and chaos and brings clarity through visioning, inner listening, hidden inquiry, and embodiment practices. As a result of this coaching her clients gain deeper insight into the situation and examine the thoughts and feelings that are making choices for them so that they can make informed decisions and take aligned action towards a better outcome.
Prior to coaching, Elizabeth was a consultant at Deloitte and IBM in Human Capital, Change Management and Workforce Transformation. In these roles she was a change agent partnering with clients to transform their organizations into more effective, impactful and inclusive working environments.
Elizabeth completed her Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University. She also has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Communications from the University of Denver.
Elizabeth was born in London, lives just outside of Washington, D.C. and has lived in England, the United States, Venezuela, and Spain.
