All of my coaching packages include assessment. Assessments offer transformational insight into how your mindset, behaviors, and emotional patterns shape your leadership. They provide a clear picture of your strengths, blind spots, and growth edges—helping you lead with greater clarity, self-awareness, and impact.

If you choose to take an assessment to support our work together, your package will include a session to debrief your results.

Leadership Circle Profile

The Leadership Circle Profile® is a powerful data-driven 360° leadership assessment that goes beyond traditional evaluations. It gathers feedback from those who work closely with you including your supervisors, peers, and direct reports to provide a clear picture of how your leadership is perceived across key Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies.

Hogan Assessment

The Hogan Assessment evaluates leadership potential, interpersonal skills & career development. It focuses on three key areas: everyday behavior, stress responses & core values, guiding personal & professional growth. This assessment is used to nurture leadership development and nurture team dynamics.

The Hogan Asssessment measures:
  • Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI): Measures the strengths that facilitate successful performance
  • Hogan Development Survey (HDS): Measures the potential career derailers that impede performance
  • Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI): Measures the values and drivers that powerfully influence organizational fit and leadership style

Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment

If you find yourself getting in your own way and you do not know why, take the FREE Saboteur Assessment.

Saboteurs are the voices in your head that generate negative emotions as you handle life’s everyday challenges. They represent the automatic patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. Your Saboteurs cause all of your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, well-being, and relationships.

Please note: The Saboteur Assessment is part of the Positive Intelligence PQ Program. This 7-week self-guided app-based program can help to build your foundation of mental fitness and balance the power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your Inner Sage (your positive self). Unlike my other coaching offerings, you have the option to select 5, 7, or 10 coaching sessions if you choose the PQ Program.
